"Bad experience. Filled out website for insurance information quote on website that was linked to Allan Cheng and got baited and switched to experian and, after answering many what I considered invasive/personal questions, I got nothing. No quote. Nothing but Experian trying to prey on me yet again by asking more questions. Very disappointed and upset by the experience."

"Initially, I purchased State farm because of the advertised quality of the insurance. Even if the price isn't particularly competitive. My experience with them overall has been pleasant. Talking to the insurance agent is always a good experience. They are very friendly. While my rate kept going up year over year, no thanks to inflation, I would try to reduce the rate as much as I could and I was definitely close to a limit. One of the new agents reach out to me just to go over a few things and we found out that my age had been incorrect in the records. After fixing that mistake my rate went down thankfully. Really thanks to that agent that we found it in the first place. Without State farms policy, it's training and their agents friendliness I would have never came across that mistake and my rate would have continued to be more than it should have been. While I won't be getting a refund for the years that my age was wrong, I'll at least get a refund for the past year since that's the limit that is allowed in their system."

"To put it short, my address where I live is a nightmare to provide businesses. So I need a very patient and understanding person when it comes to any services or insurances I use. I have to use a specific mailing address to avoid future issues with my residential address. That being said, Miriam was so patient, and worked so well with me. I even went into detail as to why I have to have special instructions to my address. She was so understanding, and we joked about it later. She also provided me with the best quote with new auto insurance, going beyond better than what I had before. Thank you so much Miriam for all you did for me!"
